Breath In Print

I am a self-taught figurative artist, and in the center of my work i put questions about human identity, authentic expression and social conditioning. Let each figure that i portray be a mirror to look deep inside your soul and see through all the masks and layers of conditioning we use for protection. Let each painting be an invitation to drop those masks and show up in absolute truth, bold authentic presence. I believe that by letting our inner light shine, being vulnerable and showing up as we are, we automatically liberate others to do the same - be seen, loved and accepted for our true nature. Much of my life journey was a quest for finding a personal freedom - freedom in thinking, opinion and self-expression. Changing working & living environments, countries and cultures, i was moving further and further away from my upbringing context in search for freedom only to find out that the only thing i wanted to be free from were my own believes, self-limits and the process of self-judgement.
