Danach - Afterwards: Often in life we ask ourselves what will follow afterwards. How will my life be after the Corona-crises? Will I loose a beloved one, will I loose my job....? After having made an important decision, we ask what will follow this decision? Will I be happier, more free..? Or has it been the "wrong" decision? Life does not answer all our questions. We can be happy if it answers some of them. And the one question that no-one can answer: What will be after death? We can just believe not knowing if it may be right. "Danach" is done with soft quality acrylic colors on paper. Therefore the painting needs to be framed. Signed on the front. Title and date of creating are written on the back. Mainly a self-taught artist I live and work in Munich in Germany. In 2002 I made the decision to follow my heart and retrain as an artist. The marvelous impressions I take home from my travels, I frequently use in their abstract form in my paintings. Also I do work in my colourful, abstract style to express the mood and feeling of a particular moment in time. It is first and foremost the joy of painting, of colors, of the creative process itself and of the energy of being that drives my artistic creation.
