About The Artwork
I live in Bavarian Alps. The Nature is very beautiful here. One will never get tired from the blue depths of the mountains, changing in different light during the day and through different seasons. There are many amazing lakes here as well. My absolutely favourite is the emerald green Eibsee. One needs two hours to walk around it and the scenery one observes is just breathtaking. Especially the reflection in the water. It is sometimes hard to say what is more real - what you see in the water mirror or around you. This painting is part of a diptych. It is quite graphical and believe me it is very true.
