After falling in love with art at age four, I studied drawing, painting, and advertising art throughout high school and continued on at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, graduating with a degree in Visual Communications. For over three decades, I have worked as an art director and graphic designer in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Los Angeles. After moving to the Southern California in 2004, I started my first body of abstract portraits of family members. My process is mainly intuitive, allowing my thoughts and feelings to guide me. This work began healing my body, soul and spirit. My art is taking me on a journey through beliefs and blocked emotions and I am healing through my art.
