About The Artwork

Inspired by the “Castlereigh reservoir” in Sri Lanka. The beautiful city hidden away in the upper part of the country. The story of the ancient temples and monuments that went under water when the reservoir came into being. This artwork captures the gist of that history. Artwork is created using oils and gold pigment. Stretched on wooden frame and ready tp hang.
