Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1958. Since he was a young boy, showed his interest and skills in painting, with preference for countryside landscapes and coastal views of his country. His studies of agronomy at the University allowed him to spend his time in what he enjoys most, the rural life related to horse breeding and the oil painting of country landscapes where he actually lives in. Thence, after some days of hard work in the countryside, he withdraws alone in silence at his atelier which is located in a small town at the north-east of Uruguay, to express in his canvas awesome images transmitting the peace of early hours both in the mornings and evenings, and long lasting moments of a life immersed in silence and nature. His paintings, that were placed in several public and private exhibitions of Uruguay, shall bring you a piece of Uruguay´s countryside, a place with sun and thunders, silence and whistling winds, and above all, a peaceful and harboring place.
