About The Artwork

"Mojave Milky Way" is inspired by the brilliance of the night sky in the desert. There is a clarity and grand expanse that is difficult to see anywhere else. This piece is part of the "Skyscapes" series. One of thirty 6 in x 6 in sky themed pieces, watercolor and acrylic on paper, that were shown together for the Blue Line Gallery's 2016 "30 x 30" Show. This piece is now framed to an overall size of 12" x 12" with a black stained, modern wood frame, cream mats, and an invisible float mount. Ready to hang.
