About The Artwork
I was in the mountains for several days this year. It was an incredible meeting, they bewitched me. I walked along the road at dawn and dusk, I couldn’t get away from them. On a day when there was heavy rain, the mountains began to “smoke.” Usually clouds float from above the mountains, but in this case the fog rose from below. Magic! I hope that this state can be felt in my painting.

The rocks, the monumental mountains, the fog and the sunrise keep me awake and I take on a new painting every time I go on a trip. Nature, the colour and the sky, reflection in the water: they inspire my creativity. My preference is for the plenary method with oil paint.
