’Never Gonna Give You Up’ My spirit animal, the lion, came to me in a meditation and said these words to me: "Remember who you are... Look inside yourself - you are more than you have become" ... so this painting is a reminder to TRUST who you ARE, and to also TRUST the PROCESS. Just like the song lyrics (to the Rick Astley song), my spirit lion will always be by my side saying: "Never gonna give you up Never gonna let you down Never gonna run around and desert you Never gonna make you cry Never gonna say goodbye Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you..." Fittingly, this song came on my playlist right when I was thinking of a title

"Inspired Art from the Heart" I am an emerging, self-taught acrylic artist born and living all of my life in Perth, Western Australia, until my move to Darwin in the Northern Territory in January 2020. I am inspired by nature, spirit, life, music and lyrics and just like my music tastes, my artistic style, techniques and themes are very eclectic. My ‘inspired art from the heart’ covers a variety of themes which encapsulates my raw uniqueness and spiritual energy as I create vibrant paintings of the beauty found in the details of my life. Every ANZAC Day (since 2016), I paint an original artwork to honour the fallen service men, women and animals and their ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. LEST WE FORGET.
