"Qiuarantine" . Time seemed to have stopped and, like a copper basin, tightly covered me. In the early days there was an idea to express your opinion and attitude towards covid 19. The choice fell on indigo color interspersed with aqua. In my understanding, indigo is closely related to jeans - democratic clothing that is associated with freedom of movement. The color of the sea is nostalgia for travel. It was necessary to achieve a dynamic texture, convey movement, and an internal protest against the prevailing. For this I used sweeping, wide strokes. And in order to get the impression that something important has been painted over. And on the top of these layers, the inscription "covid 19", inverted for the viewer, was applied with a spray can, with a stencil. There are exactly seven inscriptions, according to the number of days a week and they are the same, emphasizing the monotony of the passing days. I specially applied the inscriptions in a mirror image. To create the feeling of looking through the glass, on the outside of which these indifferent inscriptions are placed - seals. And drops of blood are sprayed from the inside, from the side of the viewer. This is the result of the sad news of deaths in our advanced times.
