About The Artwork

Mixed media on canvas 80x80 cm. It is the first artwork of the series "Humans and Animals." I work on twelve artworks in this collection. Freddie Mercury was a big personality, Lover of Life, Singer of songs. "I'm so powerful on stage I seem to have created a monster. When I'm performing, I'm an extrovert, yet inside I'm a completely different man." The giant polar bear, who lives a solitary life, is incredibly powerful. These creatures often strike deep emotions in humans, especially now that their habitat slowly disappears under their paws. So, I found this pair, Freddie and polar bear, very harmonical and somewhat similar: powerful and vulnerable at the same time. Enjoy Freddie's symphony for the polar bear.

I am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist who spends all her free time painting, who has her own style of painting, an identifiable style. I painted always, but seriously to paint I started in 2016. And never will stop. I know well why I am an artist. This is my way to contribute to the art world, to communicate my vision of real life. The artworld is never separate from real life. In 2016-1017 I have studied at the school of Oksana Sanson, a French artist with a Russian background. This is not a famous school, but there I learned to be an artist. Today I continue to experiment with new ideas, compositions, mediums, materials, styles, themes. At the same time constantly produce new works that are the focus of my current artistic journey. This year, I have graduated with a course “Modern Art & Ideas” at The Museum of Modern Art. This course has inspired me and raised my creativity higher. In my collections, I have abstractions, portraits, seascapes. These all I have related and united in my last artworks, art portraits. Generally, all individual artworks in any series have a relatedness; they belong together. All my paintings filled with my love and energy, reflecting the rhythms and moods of the modern world. I work daily in my own studios in Switzerland and Spain. I work with oil, mixed media. I like to use acrylic paints for base coats because I can work very quickly and emotionally. I can use a lot of mediums and mix, combinate, experiment with them. I also like to work with oil paint to complete, to perfect the painting.
