"Every color has a story behind it" Ravini Peiris a free minded artist and most of her artworks are inspired by her own imaginations and thoughts. She sees the depth in life and nature and expresses them through the colors. She mostly use eye catchy colors in her paintings to express deep emotions. "Everyone brings an empty canvas to the world when they are born" Ravini Peiris has brought her empty canvas to the world in 1995, in Sri Lanka. After graduating from the high school she has started working as a freelance graphic designer and an illustrator. But she has always been passionate about painting and colors since her childhood. So it became her hobby and leisure time activity. "Painting is not just an art, it is a meditation". She believes that a painting has the power to calm down someone's mind. Until 2016 Ravini has been doing paintings as a hobby and then she has started selling them as many of her art pieces were able to catch the eyes of local art collectors. These are the very first steps of Ravini's art life and there are thousand more steps to go.
