About The Artwork

I wanted to create an imagery to reflect how we as loving people that say we love God treat our fellow woman or man. One day I was at a pool hall and a guy came up to me and asked if I wanted to play, naturally I said sure but I'm not that good. With his friends standing around watching and my friends glaring after balls of odds were sinking in the whole as I called out the pocket. He decided to persuade me into a game of last pocket. I won so many games. He then said lets play for money and I declined but he kept asking saying I was really good and that I could easily win. Being naive, young and dumb, I finally took him up on his offer only to loose almost every game. This Painting is a representation of the God in you and how we treat each other, where is that love for others when you have to be deceitful. I want people to reflect about a time when someone or themselves might have been sneaky or dishonest and remember that your character will make you who you are all eyes on you.
