About The Artwork

This piece, The Last Supper, is a portrait of Kanye reluctantly partaking in his last supper as a husband to Kim Kardashian. The painting, which is meant to be satirical, features sexual and lustrous symbols disguised as fruits (peach, squash, pomegranate seeds, pears, and lemons). The peaches, pears, cake and olive oil all represent Kim in a more literal sense. This piece is meant to be re-stretched on a 32x44 frame once shipped. The artist will stretch it for you (included in price).

Adriana was born in Phoenix, AZ and moved to Oak Park, IL with her family at age five. Adriana expressed her creative prowess early in life through music and art. At 15, she received a scholarship to attend the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. At SAIC, she discovered the meaning in life after studying under her professor, Katherine Jost. Adriana’s style focuses heavily on nostalgia and humor. She often jokes that Steve from Blue’s Clues inspires her, but that the attitude of her work comes from David Choe and Basquiat. Her biggest inspiration, though, comes from her two children, Avi and Uli. Being a mother fuels the lightheartedness of her work. Today, Adriana has begun to shift her artwork on the roots of her education at SAIC. Her future paintings will experiment with impressionism and 3D mediums centered around still-lifes and portraiture.
