About The Artwork
When I painted this small painting I was in a playful mood. In this period of time (1998/99) I suffered backaques very often and therefore I used tigerbalm to relax the muscles a little bit. I put the small glass container on the canvas and draw the typical shap. I used the Chinese signs and the small tiger that are pictured on the container of the balm. The triangular shapes I took from the small pieces of wood that come with the canvas when you buy it. It is used for tensioning the canvas. It was fun to create this painting. I hope you will think it's fun to look at.
