this artwork was inspired by the mid-century motel signage of the Fair Lane Motel. At times, my work looks like it could be a photograph, but I like to enrich the color and make changes to suit the composition different than just a snapshot. There is a growing concern for the disappearing neon sign, and with fans and people willing to save or restore or preserve there is need for awareness.
