Matsuoka documented Watergate hearings for ABC & CBS before moving to Japan, the Naval Court of Enquiry into the Ehime Maru/Greenville disaster at Pearl Harbor in 2001 for all the networks in USA & Japan, and President Clinton & Bon Jovi for 911 Fundraisers.
