About The Artwork
As a lifetime photographer I am always on the look out for something different - particularly where sunsets are concerned. There are millions of sunset images but Sky Frame is just so different. The variety of different clouds types is amazing. To get so many in one image is, in itself wonderful. Add in the particular light of this setting sun and you get one of the best images I have ever been fortunate to capture. The view is across False Bay in the Western Cape towards the Cape Peninsula - a wonderful stretch of water. As is my custom I will only produce twenty prints of this image. Above all I am a passionate, creative photographer. Photography can be a powerful commentary on life - a reflection of the beauty of the world - or any of a number of creative statements. How I get to my end result is only of passing interest - it is the creative, eye pleasing end result that really counts.
